Regular cleaning prices apply to homes that are maintained on a recurring schedule. First-time cleanings may require a deep cleaning rate.

 

If additional time is needed beyond the estimated hours, extra time will be billed at $59 per hour, per cleaner. Final pricing may vary depending on the home’s condition, number of bathrooms, pets, clutter, and any additional requests.

Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning prices are starting rates and are based on the estimated cleaning time listed above.

If additional time is needed due to the home’s condition, heavy buildup, extra bathrooms, interior appliances, windows, pet hair, clutter, or additional requests, extra time will be billed at $79 per hour, per cleaner.

Final pricing may require photos, videos, or an in-person estimate.
